Order (on-line / telephone / showroom)
You can order your desired product by the following:
l on-line go to everymusic website and simply fill-up the order form and submit it. Then you will recieve a phone call confirming your order/s
l telephone you can call number/s 440-7098 (12pm-8pm) and have your transactions.
l showroom you can personally go to our showroom located at Cubao area Quezon City and transact there.

Preorder
l Once your payment, everymusic will order your desired product/s abroad
NOTE: everymusic requires around 50% down payment of the product price, it already includes shipping & taxes. The down paid money will not be refunded afther order has made.
Shipping
l Shipping of the products is aloted a 3-4 weeks(Korea) / 6-8 weeks(USA)/
5-6weeks(Japan).
Please be aware that shipping can be delayed.(Maximum 12weeks)
No refund accepted in case of delay.
Arrival
l Upon arrival, of the ordered product/s, everymusic will inform you, the customers, with-in the day. And arrange how, when and where to pick-up your order/s
l After items arrived, the customer have to pay the balance and get the ordered item as soon as possible. Everymusic keep the item maximum 1 month from its arrival date. For the item which are not claimed within this 1 month, everymusic will sell it and take all the cost everymusic paid to bring the item and the downpaid money won't be refunded.
Extra charge for delivery
l If you desire to have your order delivered at your door step, everymusic can deliver anywhere in the Philippines via local delivery companies. Additional payment will be charged for these services.

| How to place order to the shopping cart |
| There are four steps in which you have to complete for the online order to be processed. |
Step 1, You will either login as a return user, or be ask to enter your ID and a Password to create a new account for you. You will then go on to finish step 1 with your billing and shipping information as well as the credit card info. After which the account has been created, you then need to confirm shipping address again on Step 2. Step 3, Allows you to choose payment methods with different credit cards. Step 4, As soon as your order is processed, it will be shipped.
After you have select the product that you wish to buy, click "Add to Cart" and you will see the product in the shopping cart. Click "Checkout" and continue to fill out the online order form. If you wish to cancel the order, simply press "Remove." If you wish to continue to shop, click "Continue Shopping" and it will bring you to the home page again. |

| Return & Refund Policy |
| Most items may not be returned or exchanged in any cases. |
- All of our items are from abroad. It take so much efforts to bring that to customer. We cannot do it again for the simply change of mind of customers. In case shipping takes more than 12 weeks or if the item is defective upon arrival and you don't want take it even low price, we will refund 100%.
- All unauthorized returned products will be refused and shipped back to the sender. Please consult Manufacturer's website for compatibility and technical Specifications before placing or finalizing the order.
- If you did not receive all of the products ordered or the quantity ordered, please contact our customer service department by e-mail or phone.
Most of products are not returnable under any circumstances.
